I feel that I will use surveys as a means to establish baselines in my class.  I would teach Social Studies in a 10th grade class. In Florida, that is the year of standardized testing. Thus it would be important to understand where students are early in the school year so I know what to attain to. Then at the end of the year, we can compare the results to measure their growth.

I have always enjoyed entire blog. She shows a lot of personality in the blog. Her most interesting topic was about educational standards. She reflects on an experience with an aggressive teacher overpowering a student. It is unfortunate but reminds me why we need teachers who are compassionate an puts students first. 

The next technology-related skill would actually be software based. I would love to understand how to use Adobe Photoshop. Graphics is such a significant skill, especially in the field I am aspiring to be in. I will achieve this goal by taking a training course on the software in Stroizer.
